CITC Pharmacy is located within CITC Avarua at CITC Avarua Shopping Centre. It is the only retail pharmacy in the Cook Islands managed by a New Zealand-trained and registered pharmacist.

CITC Pharmacy has a well-equipped dispensary supplying prescription medication to local residents and visitors. Most supplies are sourced from New Zealand. Supplies of less-frequently prescribed pharmaceuticals can be obtained swiftly through the regular air services to Rarotonga.

CITC Pharmacy stocks a wide range of sunscreens, insect repellents, first-aid supplies, pain relief, health and sports supplements, body and haircare products, all at competitive pricing.

Our pharmacist can provide consultations for pharmacy-only medication, including emergency contraception (morning-after pill), basic first-aid care and “warrant of fitness” health checks. Our friendly staff can offer advice on all your health and skincare needs as well as help you find the perfect gift.

If your medication in your luggage was lost or misplaced, our Pharmacist is available for advice on replacement.
