CITC Properties

In addition to owning the properties from which it trades, CITC is a landlord to other businesses in Rarotonga. These include 8 retail businesses in CITC Avarua Shopping Centre (Vodafone, Avis, café, optician, jeweller, printer, hairdresser and beautician).

CITC is a 50% shareholder in other property investments, one of which is ANZ House at Avarua (housing ANZ Bank and Cook Islands National Superannuation Fund). Another is the Pandanus Complex at Avatiu (petrol station, café and surf clothing shop).

Other properties owned by CITC are houses to provide accommodation for expatriate staff; also workshop/offices for technical staff (refrigeration engineers, electricians, carpenters, etc).
