CITC is the largest private employer in the Cook Islands, employing over 350 staff 10% of whom have been recruited from overseas.
The HR Division oversees the recruitment of staff for CITC, their training, performance and career progression. The Division administers employee-benefit programmes and monitors consistency throughout all Divisions of CITC.
HR ensures staff have access to a wide range of internal and external training programmes to enhance their skills and opportunities for advancement.
HR is also responsible for monitoring health and safety procedures throughout CITC.
CITC has established itself as a preferred employer in the Cook Islands.
