Established in 1999, CITC Supermarket is the largest Supermarket/Food Outlet in the Cook Islands. We offer a large variety of food & beverage choices for our retail and wholesale customers alike.
The Supermarket is located close to Avarua town on the Main Road a short distance from Avatiu Harbour.
There was a time when visitors felt they needed to bring with them provisions from home to ensure they had all they needed in food supplies for their stay. Those days are long gone. Our Supermarket stocks most, if not all, the brands and ranges of goods most visitors will be familiar with. These include fresh and frozen foods, dry goods, butchery meats, delicatessen lines, liquor and a variety of other merchandise.
Our brands include Watties, Anchor, Griffins, Palm, Heinz, Champ, Coca Cola, Pump, Bluebird, Tip Top and many more. In Organic or Gluten Free we stock Ceres Organics, Macro Organic Foods and Healtheries among others.
At the retail level the Supermarket is the preferred choice of the ‘trolley shopper’.

Oasis – Petrol Station/Store Nikao
Oasis is the largest petrol station/store in the Cook Islands. It has a Main Road location a kilometer west of the entrance to Rarotonga International Airport. Its convenient location attracts arrivals in search of necessities before reaching their accommodation and is the preferred spot for refueling rental cars prior to airport returns.

Kavera Central – Out West
Kavera Central is located on the Main Road on the western side of the island just opposite an excellent beach. The store is new with all the conveniences of a modern store, including air-conditioning and modern refrigerated cases that cater for both fresh and frozen products. The store carries an extensive wine and liquor range along with essential grocery items. It also has a fuel dispenser for petrol and diesel.
A feature of the store is the ice cream parlour located on the roadside offering 18 favourite Tip Top flavours. These can be enjoyed in the seating area in front of the store or across the road by the beach.

KAPS Matavera
KAPS Matavera – Out East
KAPS has a Main Road location on the eastern side of Rarotonga in Matavera. It was opened in July 2018.
KAPS is a modern air-conditioned store with considerable chilled and frozen storage. The ranges of products include groceries, meat, vegetables, soft drinks, wine and beer; also some pharmacy lines and souvenirs.
The store has a modern fuel dispenser for petrol and diesel.

Foodland Supermarket has a Main Road location in the central business district of Avarua between BSP Bank and Bank of the Cook Islands.
